If at first you don’t succeed…

…ok I know this is essentially a running blog, but two noteworthy things happened today:
1. My bloody Garmin (refurbished) arrived back – hopefully this time it will last longer than the miserly month of the previous attempt at refurbishment and
2. I finally successfully completed week 3 session 3 of the 100 press-ups challenge. It took me more than a few attempts to do it in the stipulated time (i.e. 2 mins between sets) so at long last!! If at first you don’t succeed…
