I know I should really be resting before the half marathon tomorrow night but that isn’t easy to do. I restricted myself to 2 miles though. 1/2 mile easy, 1mile at 10k race target pace & 1/2mi at Half marathon target pace…not to mention 120 press ups!
I’m on week three of the 100 press-ups challenge. Tonight was the third session in week 3 & it was very tough. I didn’t do it completely as described in the proggramme so I will do this session over again until I can complete it 100% successfully!
This challenge is hard going, but I can feel my upper body regaining some strength – particularly after not having done any weights or upper body exercises in the last year owing to all the running.
