speed sessions…

Two decent speed sessions this week – one interval session (4.3mi) and a ten minute challenge (1.41mi) have hopefully helped the legs get in shape for Ards half marathon Friday night…A deep tissue massage tonight also revealed many aching leg muscles that I did not know existed!!

Ards is my hope of putting the disappointment of Lisburn firmly in the past so good prep is essential for this one.

        Thanks Loverun! I did 5 marathons in the space of a year – 3 in 5 weeks for cancer – I am going to focus on half marathons and 10ks for a while now! I see you do some running too, I’ll keep an eye on your blog also…
