Back running this evening and feeling great. I set a quick pace over 3.5miles & finished in strong fashion at 6min/mi pace for the last half mile – averaging 7:30/mi and bringing my total this week so far to 30miles already! My recovery time after each marathon has been very quick and I am atually beginning to feel stronger as time goes on.
Now, of course, this is due to proper post marathon steps such as getting the Whey Protein in and getting another deep tissue massage.
Bring on Edinburgh – 16days to go!
